Store Policy
I will attempt to keep my website as up to date as possible. You will appreciate however that changes cannot be immediate and that, in the event of a great rush on sales (!!) the website might just lag behind what is currently available. I apologise in advance for this unlikely event.
Refund Policy
Once again, not being a commercial organisation, I don’t pretend to guarantee the quality of what is being purchased. However, should something arrive damaged, of course I will either replace it or provide a full refund. Should a picture arrive with its glass broken, for instance, it might be appropriate to get the repair done locally. I would then obviously pay for whatever costs were involved
Privacy & Safety
I will not be keeping a database of customer details. Personal emails will obviously be kept, but details of any general customer will be removed after correspondence is complete
